In January of this year, the GTR Report 2014 was announced – Strategy for rehabilitation in Spain . Where I know showed a road map or strategy that Spain should follow (The benefits and benefits of rehabilitation energy) affecting the value that it would produce before the Job creation, but the European Union in its eagerness to comply the reduction of CO2 and the objectives 20/20/20 before the European Efficiency Directive Energy 2012/27/UE required that the members of the State present different Documents to be able to recognize the strategies of each country in the field edifying. As a summary, two documents:

It is made up of two parts:
Objective achieved!... This is the National Plan of Action of Energy Efficiency 2014-2020 of Spain .
In this case, what must be fulfilled is the Article 4 (Renovation of buildings) of the European Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/UE which reads:
Member States shall establish a strategy to long-term to mobilize investments in the renovation of the national park of residential and commercial buildings, both public as private. Said strategy will include:
a) an overview of the national housing stock based, as appropriate, on a sample statistical;
b) a definition of cost-effective approaches to renovation in relation to the type of building and the area climatic;
c) policies and measures aimed at stimulating comprehensive and cost-effective building renovations, including them deep phased renovations;
d) a future perspective intended to guide investment decisions of individuals, the industry of the construction and financial institutions;
e) a calculation based on real data, of savings of energy and the benefits of greater radius that are expected get.
No later than April 30, 2014, it will be published a first version of the strategy, which will be updated every three years and will be forwarded to the Commission within the framework of the National action plans for efficiency energy»
The report or plan that must be presented to The EU also has deadlines , the first of them no later than April 30, 2014, and then every three years.
As in Spain "we all know them" we present the Report A + B together, but apparently we suffered a "slap" of the EU due to lack of rigor, and we had to present the Report “ Long-term strategy for the energy rehabilitation in the sector building ” after the mandatory date, in June 2014.
What interests us now is to talk about the Long-term Strategy for Rehabilitation Energy in the Building Sector that we present and will mark the way and actions that Spain it will have throughout these years, and that it must comply with all their points before the EU.
The document is very extensive and certainly worth reading, although most objectives are reasoned and we can recognize some new point appears that should be highlighted such as the creation of the “Building Book for Existing Buildings” . As a summary of the most highlights will be:
Which ultimately represents more funding programs, aid, ICO line, support financial institutions in the design of specific products to promote the rehabilitation...etc.

If we stop for a bit to read the different reports we will find some points that really baffle. By give an example and I think many of us are unaware, it is the existence of a IDAE training platform exclusive to all workers Administration , especially managers and managers energetic. ( formacion.paee-age.es )
It is the last straw that technicians should take courses at prices that are often "exorbitant" when the who work for the Administration have resources and access to free courses on energy certification, efficiency…etc I don't understand! In Home Repair Care we offer training courses , all for 59 Euros, for trying to put things easy for the technicians and we didn't receive a sad bit of help.
Another point to highlight will be the creation of the “Building Book for Buildings Existing”… What is this? can anyone throw more clarity? Because I believe that this topic to the professionals in the sector touch us fully.
