b) The constructions of residential typology of residence collective that are reaching the age of fifty years, from June twenty-eighth of two thousand and thirteen, within the term maximum of 5 years, counting from the date on which said antiquity.
Both in the presumed ones of this letter, as in those of the letter a) above, if the constructions have a Current technical inspection , carried out according to to its applicable regulations, before June 28, two thousand and thirteen, only the Assessment Report will be required when your first compliant review is due that regulation, as long as it is not exactly the same exceeds a period of ten years, counting from the entry into force of this Law. If so, the Report of Building Assessment must be completed with those aspects that are absent from the technical inspection done.
c) The buildings whose owners intend to benefit from public aid for the purpose of undertaking conservation works, universal accessibility or effectiveness energy, in data preceding the formalization of the request for the relevant help.

2.
