Also, the norm adopts measures to accelerate the transition towards an energy model based on renewable energies and the activity becomes more flexible charging electric vehicles, eliminating the figure of the upload manager.

The legal text establishes as a priority the fight against energy poverty, which affects some 4.6 million people people .

Within six months from its entry into force, the Government will present a National Strategy against Poverty Energetic that will establish objectives, in the medium and long term, and a stable action framework for its eradication. In its elaboration will have the autonomous communities and local authorities, consumer associations, representatives of the third sector and companies energetic.
